The folks at Engaget are passing on reports that Apple is planning a March 24 event that would showcase the company's desktop hardware. While the MacBook and MacBook Pro have undergone recent updates, Apple's desktop machines have been overdue for some revamping. These whispers come from World of Apple, which Engaget considers a relatively solid source, and My Apple Guide. As with all rumors, we'll take this with a grain of salt, but considering the likelihood, we don't mind clearing an area of workspace off our desk - you know, just to see where a nice new iMac would fit.

Apple Just released the now line of iMacs, Mac Pros, And Mac Minis overnight without any special hype.i didnt even know about it until i was on macrumours and saw something about it..... but hey for the price the new specs are great on the iMacs and Minis!
