Apple will hold a conference call to announce their first quarter results for the fiscal year 2007. Apple will stream the call over the Internet this afternoon at 5pm EST. Many analysts and investors (and we guess you non-invested Mac addicts, too) seem to think that this won't be your typical earnings report. There's the exciting possibility that Apple may have sold 1.85 million Macs and 16.5 million iPods, which means that Apple could beat its estimates for the quarter. And we could see Apple's stock rise above the $100 mark. But some say there's a possibility that Apple sales were flat. Then there's the stock options mess that won't go away, and that Apple could sink or swim depending on what the investigation does to Steve Jobs. We're watching the clock.
