Apple Updates iTunes, QuickTime

Apple today released two software updates. Both updates can be downloaded from Apple via Software Update (Apple Menu > Software Update) or by clicking on the links below.

 

iTunes 7.1 for Mac has updates for the upcoming Apple TV. Tunes 7.1 also has a new full screen Cover Flow and improved sorting options.

 

QuickTime 7.1.5 for Mac has several bug fixes and security fixes.

Can anyone explain the sorting options? I haven't been able to wrap my head around them.

I think that the new sorting options appear in Smart Playlists [File>New Smart Playlist].
