Lithium-ion batteries (LiIon for short) are amazing creatures, packing a much higher energy density than the nickel-based cells of yore. What you do on your PowerBook, iBook, MacBook or MacBook Pro is your own business, but if you follow these tips, you can do it for longer. Bonus: Most of this info holds true for iPod batteries as well.
