10 Things Steve Jobs Has (Allegedly) Killed
Steve Jobs is a very powerful man. With a single word, he has been known to lay waste to inferior products and technologies.
Okay, maybe that's not true. Look at Windows, it's been around for ages and Steve hasn't exactly been quiet about how much better the Mac OS is to Windows. Still, that hasn't stopped people from blaming Jobs for the demise of, well, just about anything.
So for those finger pointers, here are 10 things that Steve has had allegedly killed.

I love my Zune. It is SO much nicer than an iPod. But the battery could be better.

Roberto,
That is one awesome article! I agree with Andrew Groen's Thread. But I would add that this article is worthy of a Technology Pulitzer Nomination...
Imagine that this Man, Steve J. has single-handedly in essence rebuilt this industry as you have clearly illustrated above with these aforementioned revolution and evolution highlights...Not to mention the 802.11x (Now better known as Airport or Wi-Fi), QuickTime Standard, HTML5, H.264 just to name a few more...

"Someone please explain to Jon Bon Jovi that if it weren't for Itunes, his music would be just shared from peer to peer and he and his label (along with other artist) would not have made the millions that they have made through Itune sales.'
I hate to burst your bubble but Jon Bon Jovi makes his money from tours, not from iTunes. In case you weren't paying attention his band was the highest grossing concert tour artist/band last year, and with the 2008- 2010 tours combined he grossed over $500 million. Most of his fans know him already and don't need iTunes to follow him or his music. His iTunes revenue is probably piddling by comparison.

There's another one he killed... WinAmp. Remember when everyone always used to use that for their MP3 content?

I have to disagree. I still use Winamp on my (please don't stone your editor) gaming rig at home. iTunes has a tendency to be really laggy on a Windows PC, and I like that I can still make playlists and stream radio (I like to listen to Soma.fm) through the client. They also have a nifty Android app that lets you sync your music via Wi-Fi.
