Step 3: Let It Flow
If you don't see the Inspector and Stencils windows, click the Inspect and Stencils icons in OmniGraffle's toolbar. In the Stencil window, select Business > Organizational Chart to load the org-chart stencils. Drag one into the window, where you're free to position and resize at will. To edit the placeholder text, simply double-click it and type away. To add connectors, select Basic from the Stencils pull-down menu; when you drag a connector into the chart, notice the red and greenish dots on the ends: Place the red dot on the parent in the relationship and the greenish dot on the child. You can further spiffificate the chart with the multifaceted Properties and Style Inspectors - but first, we'll show you a more formal way to chart the flow.

How cool would it be for you to offer a PDF download option for your How-To's , then we could have our own little library of HowTo's that are relevant to us without having to wade through the entire site. It's an easier way of not having to keep or scan every paper issue. What a time & clutter saver! We could enjoy our mag and then go to the site and collect the bits we want to keep and then recycle the magazine! Whoo-hoo!
This could apply to your larger articles, too. For instance, when you run your annual Clean-Up-Your-Mac, spring cleaning type of articles. Etc, etc, etc.....
