Step 5: Style Your Profile
OmniGraffle's Style Inspector is pretty self-explanatory; move your cursor over the main icons to reveal their purposes, and set a text box's Fill, Shadow, Lines And Shapes, Image, and Text attributes. The trick is getting consistent styles across multiple items in the chart - but as luck would have it, we've got two tricks for style propagation: If you've crafted the perfect style on one text box, click the Style Summary icon. The panel will show all of the styles you've applied to the selected box and a cumulative All Styles icon - simply drag the All Styles icon onto any text box to replicate the style. Or plan ahead and select multiple text boxes before digging into the Style Inspector. All of the selected items will adopt your Style changes.
Shift-select multiple items to apply styles in bulk, or select a styled item and drag its styles onto other items.

How cool would it be for you to offer a PDF download option for your How-To's , then we could have our own little library of HowTo's that are relevant to us without having to wade through the entire site. It's an easier way of not having to keep or scan every paper issue. What a time & clutter saver! We could enjoy our mag and then go to the site and collect the bits we want to keep and then recycle the magazine! Whoo-hoo!
This could apply to your larger articles, too. For instance, when you run your annual Clean-Up-Your-Mac, spring cleaning type of articles. Etc, etc, etc.....
