The holidays are nearing and you're totally stressing. At this point, we'd tell you to just troll the 'net for photos of puppies and kitties to put a bit of a smile on your face, but that doesn't exactly solve the problem of disorganization. No worries, we've got a few apps for you that'll help you get your things together for this crazy time of year, including an app that organizes your photo downloads from Safari, the new Evernote update for iPad and a gift profiler for your Contacts.
Mac
iPlace

Keep track of your favorite web pages and images with this plug-in for Safari. iPlace lets you specify a set of locations on your hard drive where you can save images for later. It's a great way to grab pictures of family and friends from photo sharing sites and clipart for your Christmas cards.
Note: You'll have to install SIMBL to get this plug-in to work.
iPad
Evernote

We can't stop singing the praises of this versatile, cloud-dwelling note-taking application. Though the app has been around for quite some time now, it just recently had a major update for the iPad. It now includes the ability to audio note record for 90 minutes, which makes it a great tool for students who need it for lectures, and you can display PDFs directly in the app with the "Open In" option. Plus, you can even print notes directly from Evernote to any network capable printer.
And for Christmas, use this app to create an extensive Christmas shopping list, complete with photos and links.
iPhone
iGifter

The toughest part about gift giving is knowing what to give that special someone. iGifter lets you store important details about your contacts, like special dates, their clothing sizes and what kind of hobbies interest them. Think of it as the little black book of gift giving, and refer to it next time you find yourself in one of those mega-department stores.
