Has anybody been doing anything else on their iPhones besides playing Draw Something? I know I haven't. You wouldn't believe how many hours I've wasted playing co-workers, friends, and various Mac|Life readers on Draw Something this week.
When I can finally peel away from Draw Something, I know I'll want to finally book hotels for that trip I'm taking this summer down to Southern California. Hotels.com's iPad app can help me out. The app lets you search for hotels by location, then allows you to select criteria to filter out hotels that might be out of your price range--or your comfort zone. The app also gives you the number of the hotel so you can call them yourself rather than bothering with online forms and the like.
As an aside, the opening image is really cool as it spans across various landmarks around the world. Whether your trip is big or small, you can use this free app to book your stay right from your iPad. All you need is an internet connection.
