In addition to the git not found I'm also getting a sudo: port: command not found when trying to download & install Zsh via the sudo port install git command

When searching maclife.com for "Terminal 101" articles, as I do often when looking for your latest post, several of the past articles did not show up. It was only upon seeing the "Customizing" article that I realized I had been missing something....

When I copy and paste the command as above into terminal to run, I get the following result:

Cloning Oh My Zsh...
sh: line 8: hash: git: not found
git not installed

How to fix?

Run the following command to install git before running the command in the article to install Zsh:

sudo port install git
