If you want the whole year in your pocket, use iCal. Or get a free wallet calendar from your bank.
iCal can do that; just launch the app (/Applications) and select File > Print (Command-P). In the print dialog, use the right-side controls and left-side preview to set up the paper size and contents for your printout. If all you see in the preview is the big yellow triangle of "no," uncheck the Mini-Months option - those little month blocks are handy, but they don't fit on such a small calendar.

Hi,
The minute I saw this article on page 89 in the Ask Tech Support. I ran to my computer. But on none of my computers does iCal allow you to print to "Credit Card" as shown in your illustration. Do I need some sort of plug in? Thanks.
