Don't Call it a Ringback

In a mystery worthy the Mystery Machine gang, the iPhone's latest update has returned the ability to rename audio files for use as ringtones.

 

Because of this, Software Developer, Rogue Amoeba, has resurrected its iPhone ringtone program, MakeiPhoneRingtone, from the software graveyard. The new version is works with iTunes 7.5 and iPhone firmware 1.1.2.

 

Note that the iPhone will only recognize rintones 40 seconds and shorter. Keep that in mind when you're converting your Kraftwerk catalog to ringtones.
