Window Shopping
We will admit--window shopping on the internet is dangerous. It's too easy to click the "submit" button and not care that our virtual money is being virtually transferred to another virtual bank, never to be seen or heard from again. At least with regular, real life window shopping, we're strolling through and burning a few calories with every step.

This does exactly as it advertises, though it gets a bit dangerous when you're seriously browsing the internet for what you might want for Christmas.

If you're a huge online auction junkie, then eBay Spy can keep you on the tail of the best deals going on at the site with a simple click of a button. The add on automatically finds the best deals on eBay for any kind of product you're browsing in real time. You can also filter results by country, the condition of the item and how much shipping costs.

We've managed to score some pretty awesome stuff through Woot, including a couple of Pokemon sleeping bags for a few of our closest friends (needless to say, they were avid Pokecatchers and very pleased with their gifts). But paying attention for the Woot Off through Twitter can be a total burden on your feed, and checking the site every so often is not the most reliable way to participate in these great big nerd deals. Well, as long as you don't mind a toolbar affixed to your browser window, the Woot extension for Safari is both reliable and informative, so you'll never miss another nerd sale again.

Idle hands are the devil's playground, but invisible hands just find you great deals on the internet! Score!
