Reviews:
- Apptizr Could Be Appetizing - This one's gonna bear watching. Someone tries to make sense of the vast number of apps available and help you find your next best love.
- Algoriddim djay - Yo, my DJ, check it. This sweet piece of software can turn any amateur a two turntable spinning master and any master will welcome these big guns.
- Foursquare and Gowalla - Turn multitasking into a game with these two apps that combine GPS, location recommendations and friend lists to give you bragging rights in your network. Wanna be mayor of the bar and score free beer? Turns out, there's an app for that too.
News:
The App Store might just be a-changin. Could be the iron fist of rejection might just have gotten a bit softer, a bit looser. More velvet glove action can be found in the addition of RSS feeds for the iPhone Dev Center. And in related app news, AT&T tries crowdsourcing the vast holes in their network (guys, just peep Verizon's map and copy that) while Google Mobile adds on some of what they're good at, namely search capabilities.
Google's Chrome for Mac Beta finally gets around to showing up, and we give it a good going over. Computerworld decides to check it out as well and finds it's still not quite as fast as Safari (let the comments flame wars begin!).
Finally, iTunes might be getting a revamping and the Tablet might be coming out, both in 2010, Apple tells us all what sold the best in 2009, and this dude just created the world's most expensive Christmas card ever in a world full of awesome.
