You’ve snapped out of your turkey coma, the leftovers are gone and the receipts piled up from your Black Friday shopping hangover are starting to gather dust. Now what? Why, Cyber Monday, of course: The unofficial shopping “sequel” to Black Friday that makes an otherwise dull post-Thanksgiving Monday potentially worth sitting in front of the computer refreshing the home pages of your favorite websites.
The good news is, you won’t have to worry about getting pepper sprayed or even shot at while shopping at home from the comfort of your jammies on Cyber Monday, and the warm glow of your computer monitor coupled with the buzz of discount pricing should help you survive the start of another work week as well.
Without further ado, here’s a look at some of the best Cyber Monday deals, including a few straggling deals still hanging around after Black Friday...

Apple Online Store
Cupertino’s own one-day Black Friday event may be over, but they’re keeping with the holiday spirit by offering free shipping on everything until December 22. That $50 minimum purchase? Fuggetaboutit...

App Stores: iOS and Mac
Karelia Software is blowing the doors off Sandvox pricing this Cyber Monday, with the company’s flagship web design software available on the Mac App Store for only $49.99 today only (or use the coupon code THANKS if you prefer to buy direct from their website). The company is also offering 51 percent off any web hosting package with the promo code 51FTW.
Today is the last day to take advantage of three SHAPE Services iOS apps, including IM+ Pro for only $4.99 (normally $9.99), Business Card Reader for only $2.99 (normally $4.99) and RDM+ Remote Desktop for Mac and Windows for $4.99 (normally $9.99).
If you could use a giant hand keeping track of Cyber Monday App Store price drops, look no further than AppShopper, a website whose sole mission is to show new and updated apps with a special category for displaying only apps which have dropped in price. We’ll definitely be scanning the list today in search of some deals!
ALK Technologies is still offering that sweet 50 percent discount on their newer CoPilot Live Premium GPS navigation apps, with the USA edition only $9.99. The deals also include Premium North America for a mere $12.99, Standard USA for $2.99 and Standard North America for just $3.99. Pricing extends to both the iOS App Store as well as Android Market and the sale ends at midnight on Monday, November 28.
Agile Bits has a lot to be thankful for this year judging from their robust Turkey Day offerings, which includes 50 percent off their flagship 1Password app -- be it the Mac App Store version, the website Mac or Windows versions or even their iOS App Store editions. The deals keep on trucking through Wednesday, November 30.

E-Books
Amazon is holding a massive Cyber Monday sale with up to 81 percent off more than 900 Kindle e-books. Their prices are so insane, many e-books start at only 99 cents!

Gadgets
The folks at modulR skipped the Black Friday insanity and focused their sights squarely on Cyber Monday with a deal on their “Anywhere Pack” for the iPad. Discounted from $69.99 to only $49.99, this slim case can be used as a hand strap, slim wall mount, headrest strap or even shoulder strap -- all with just one purchase.
Other World Computing is celebrating Cyber Monday in grand style this year, with more than 200 different products slashed and discounted for your buying pleasure. The deals include internal hard drives, Apple accessories, memory upgrades, solid state drives and even some software.
Soundmatters pinged us to announce a holiday sale on the company’s foxL v2 “audio purist portable speaker” (non-Bluetooth edition). With 12 hours of battery life and amazingly good Hi-Fi music in a tiny package, the unit is only $149 ($20 off) between November 28 through the end of the year.
Still in search of the best way to protect your favorite smartphone or other gadget? GelaSkins is offering 20 percent off everything they sell through Monday, which also includes even gift certificates, should you prefer to buy down the road but still nab the savings.
iDevices, LLC is celebrating Cyber Monday by giving away a free iGrill apron with every purchase, plus free shipping to boot -- a $19.99 value for those in the market for the company’s award-winning $99.99 iGrill Bluetooth cooking thermometer through December 9, but the deal is only available on the company’s website.
Seagate is already in full swing with their Holiday Sale, with prices good until Wednesday, November 30 (or while supplies list), plus free shipping. MacMall is offering more than 500 deals on select Apple and PC notebooks as part of its Cyber Monday sale with shipping starting at only $5.99 or free shipping for purchases over $25. Pick up a 1.4GHz 11.6-inch MacBook Air for only $799.99 with free shipping!
Best Buy is offering the iPad accessory iCADE Arcade Cabinet from Ion Audio for a mere $49.99 with free shipping or free store pickup, where available. That’s a 50 percent price drop on this retro game cabinet.

Software

Dyn is the DNS and email delivery provider of choice for many of the top web enterprise brands worldwide, and they’re celebrating in style with a one-day Cyber Monday E-commerce sale that nets you 28 percent off any service until 11:59PM EST tonight with the clever promo code “TPSreports” (no quotes).
“With savings like these, you’re going to need more ribbon,” touts Adobe, who is serving up to 50 percent off on their flagship Photoshop applications through November 29, including Photoshop CS5, Photoshop Extended CS5, Photoshop Lightroom 3 and the combo of Photoshop Elements 10 with Premiere Elements 10.
