The third-generation iPad's Retina Display packs a heck of a visual punch when you're watching movies on that thing. While not every video app in the app store has been properly scaled for the new iPad's screen, we did some scouting and discovered that a few of our favorites have been optimized for the device's high resolution display, and delivers video in true HD format regardless of the iPad's 9-inch screen size.
