Martha herself isn't narrating the videos, but the techniques they show bear her trademark eye for skilled, do-it-yourself design.

ScrapPad Easter Scrapbook (Free, iPad) makes it easy to design cute digital scrapbook pages with a wide array of backgrounds, borders, and icons you can place on each, plus you can bring your own photos for a more personal touch. It's a free app, but you can unlock a full version within if you're doing some heavy duty holiday scrapbooking.

It's not yet clear if Rovio will update its Angry Birds Seasons ($0.99/iPhone, $1.99/iPad) app to include a 2012 version of the Easter theme, but last year's version remains compelling, offering up 15 fling-and-smash stages filled with Easter eggs and bunny ears. And those pesky pigs, of course.

Based on the classic children's book, Pat the Bunny ($3.99, Universal) brings the story to life as an interactive app, where you can play peekaboo, water flowers, or see yourself in a digital mirror as you read. It's a very well-made and kid-perfect app as it is, but a recent update added hidden eggs in each scene, adding a little more for youngsters to discover.

When the eggs are dried and the candy runs out, you'll need something to keep the young kids in range pacified. Reach for the Easter Egg Coloring Book! (Free, Universal) app, which includes a variety of simple templates that can be quickly colored with digital crayons or paint buckets, plus you can choose to force all coloring within the lines. If only real paper could do that...

Considering the fact that Scribblenauts Remix ($0.99, Universal) lets you type in just about any word to create an item or creature in the world, it theoretically shouldn't be hard to design your own Easter theme any time of the year. But seeing as the app currently has an Easter-themed playground on the home screen, you might as well take advantage of it!

If you ever wanted to know what your face would look like with totally out-of-place bunny features, Easter Bunny My Face (Free, iPhone) is here to help. It's a remarkably simple app, with only a handful of bunny features that can be imprinted on your photo of choice, but it does exactly as advertised and may be good for a quick laugh.

Here's something different. Zombie Scramble (Free, Universal) -- previously known as Bunny the Zombie Slayer -- finds you protecting kids from undead invaders by flinging a series of colorful eggs across the lawn. It's light, absurd fun that puts a little bit of edge into the holiday.
