OnLive is known for its cloud gaming service, but the company will explore new ground on the iPad this Friday with the launch of OnLive Desktop (Free, iPad), a cloud-based app that grants access to a remotely hosted Windows 7 install. The free version includes a handful of programs and light storage, while a $9.99/mo pro service will follow with greater functionality.

JetStreamHD (Free, iPad) currently lets users stream media files to an iPad via 3G or Wi-Fi, but come March, Nuvyyo plans to launch a dongle that can attach directly to a digital antenna or cable box.
