$19 isn't totally insane, compared to what some people charge for an HDMI cable. But seriously, depending on how long you need it to be, you could buy like 10 of them for $19 at monoprice.com.

I agree. I buy all my cables from Monoprice, they have great prices and the quality is consistently good. A couple of times in the past 2-3 years I've needed a cable right now and had to go to a store and pay a crazy price compared to what Monoprice charges. Now I try to order cables at the same time I order a new piece of gear so I'm not left paying too much. eBay is also a cheap source for cables, but the quality can be a bit hit and miss.
