Earlier this week, Facebook users got a nice surprise when they logged in and discovered that their email addresses were swapped out with Facebook.com email addresses. You might be a tad perplexed at why Facebook decided to make the change for you, but you can change it back to your default email address with just a few settings tweaks.
To hide your Facebook email address and restore order to the domain that is your Facebook account, go to your Timeline and click on the About link.

On your About page, locate the Contact Info section. Here, the only visible email address will be your @facebook.com address. To change this, click the Edit button that appears in the upper, right-hand corner of the Contact Info box.

Here, you will want to select the small drop-down menu beside each of the email addresses and select your preferences for showing each one. Your options are to hide the address from the timeline (denoted by a dark grey circle with a slash through it), or have it shown on the timeline (denoted by a grey circle icon).
After making your select, click the Save button that the bottom of the edit form to make your selected email address shown.
