Good tips, Corey. One issue to point out is that if you have an Exchange account enabled in Mail, Contacts and Calendars, dragging the selected email to the Reminder app puts it into Tasks (synced with Exchange) by default. From there, there will be a link to the email itself because the email link is present. However, dragging an email into an Exchange Calendar will create an entry, but the email link will not be present. In my system, I could only get the email link to show in the event when the event was in my iCloud calendar.
