How to Enable Click and Drag in Mountain Lion

This article was totally useless. The idea that three finger drag is equivalent to click and drag is absurd. Here's an idea. Take a file on the far side of your Desktop and try to three finger drag it to the trash. What happens when you reach the edge of your trackpad?

Also, in the Accessibility settings, there are a few trackpad options. One of them is "Enable dragging" with or without Drag Lock.

Drag and drop on OSX Mountain Lion can also be done with 1 finger without the option enabled.... just go stand on the folder u want to move push the trackpad down an move your folder around release your finger and it drops...
