Removing a comment from your Facebook wall, photo, or other place on your Facebook profile is an easy task. Just mouse over the comment and an “X” will appear in the top-right corner of the comment. Click this “X” button.

In the resulting pop up box, select “Remove Post.” This will erase the post from your Facebook wall or photo comments section.

If you have multiple posts from the same Facebook application or game that you would like to remove, click on the “Block AppName” option instead. This will automatically remove any and all posts from your wall from that application. This option will also keep future posts from appearing on your wall as well.

With the Block application, you will be given a dialog to confirm your decision to block the application. When you tap “Block,” the application and comments will be removed for good.

After you have blocked an application, you may wish to unblock it at some point in the future. To unblock a blocked app, navigate to Account > Privacy Settings. Once there, click on the “Edit your lists” link under the Block Lists section at the bottom of the page.

After the Block Lists page loads, look to the very bottom of the page for the “Blocked Apps” section. Here, all of your blocked applications will be listed. To unblock an application, click the Unblock link next to the name.

You can remove a friend's wall posts from your News Feed. To remove the offender from your wall. Just click on the "X" next to their latest post and select, "Hide all by [friend's first name]."

You can also block friends from posting on your Facebook wall entirely. To do this, navigate to Account > Privacy Settings. From there, Click Custom Settings under the Sharing on Facebook section.

On the custom settings screen, click on the drop-down box labeled “Permission to comment on your posts (Includes status updates, friends’ Wall posts, and photos)”. From this drop-down menu, select Customize.

Under the section labeled “Hide this from,” type in the names of the individuals you’d like to keep from posting comments on your wall, photos, and status updates. When you are done, click Save Settings. To give posting access back to those individuals, click the small “x” next to their name and re-save the settings.
