How to Share Your Contacts via Mail
Sometimes, you might need to forward an email or phone number along. To do so, launch the Contacts app, tap Share Contact, and then tap Email. A blank email will pop up and the contact will be incorporated into the message as an attachment. Add a message if you need it.
Compatibility: iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
