First you need your own Facebook Page, head to the Create a Page section of Facebook and select the category that you'd like to create. After you select the category, you will be able to fill in additional information about the Facebook page.

Now go to the Ustream for Facebook and click on the “Get it now” button.

You will then be taken to Facebook and prompted to install the Ustream App. Click the “Install Ustream App” button and it will be installed in your account.

On the next page, you will be asked to specify a Page that the Ustream Live feed will be added to.

After selecting the Page for the stream to be added to, click on the “Add Ustream Live” button again.

Ustream Live will now be an option on your Facebook page. After clicking it in the links on the left-hand side of the page, you will be prompted to either sign up for Ustream or login with your existing account. Since we already have a Ustream account, we’ll login.

In the resulting window, type in your username and password for Ustream, then click on the Sign In button. You will be signed in and returned to your Facebook Page’s Ustream Live feed.

To get started setting up your live stream page, click on the “Set up your Ustream tab” button.

On the next page labeled “Ustream Tab Settings,” configure your Ustream live page’s options. Be sure to choose your correct Ustream account and show at the top of the page (this should automatically be selected for you). When you have finished configuring this section, click on the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

After configuring your settings, your Live Stream on Facebook is now completely set up. The next step is to log into Ustream and begin streaming. We’ll show you how to start streaming video from your iPhone.

First, download the Ustream application from the iTunes App Store.

After the Ustream app gets installed, launch it and tap on the small camera icon in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen. In the resulting dialog sheet, select “Go Live.”

On the next screen, login to your Ustream account using the same credentials you used when logging into the Live Stream setup page on Facebook. When you are done, tap on the Login button.

You will be taken into the live recording section of Ustream. To begin streaming live, tap on the round, red recording button on the control pad.

Meanwhile, on your Facebook Page, a new section will appear, letting everyone know that you are now live streaming on Ustream. To begin watching the stream, watchers simply need to click on the “Join the Chat” button.

The resulting page will then show the live stream, along with a chat box powered by Facebook chat. As the viewers chat, you will be able to monitor in real time in Ustream on your iPhone.
