I'd love this solution if I could see my individual photos/folders organized in my Dropbox...

Anyway to actually see the pictures inside of the that massive iPhoto Library file when I am accessing dropbox from my other computer, via the web interface, etc?

THANKS!

But...

Isn't the iPhoto library too big a file to sync with Google Drive? if I have a 148 gig iPhoto library, it doesn't seem to want to sync because of the file size?

No need to copy the whole Library, just create a symbolic link:

in Terminal.app:

ln -s /path/to/library /path/to/dropbox/

You can check later in Dropbox's web how the files are being uploaded without touching iPhoto at all.

You can also just click on the file you copied over to your Dropbox/Google Drive and it automatically becomes the default file in iPhoto.

This is a good way to backup your photos but I would rather see Picasa be an option under accounts with full syncing. I know this will never happen but it would be nice. Maybe Apple will eventually offer some kind of online storage option as well.
