WOW, and I have spent so many years trying to eliminate aging and noise. Didn't have Photoshop to do it for me .. just used a light meter, selected aperture and shutter speed, checked Focus and pressed the button. Hours in the darkroom smelling like developer, sweating over enlargers trying to make them look better. Tried to stay up to date on best film available in the various sizes I was shooting ..
doggone it, could have saved a fortune and I have obviously misused Lightroom and Photoshop.
Oh well, I didn't like Picasso either.

That has a whole other article, this was pointing out how to achieve the same effects using Photoshop. I believe Instagram is only for mobile devices too.

In all fairness, there IS a huge feature article for Instagram vs. Hipstamatic also. Haven't tried Instagram myself, think I'll give it a shot though.
