How-To Put the Menu Bar On Multiple Monitors

I added a second display to my Mac mini setup, and I use it to keep the windows for iTunes, Adium, and Mail. I usually use keyboard shortcuts to access the menu items for those apps, but on the occasions I do need to use a menu, it’s so weird to have to go to the other display, which has the menubar. Is there any way to have the menubar show up on both displays?

SecondBar adds a menubar to our secondary display--just the app-specific menu items on the left, not all the icons that live on the right side of your main menubar.
If your Mac mini is running Snow Leopard and you don’t mind running early-in-development software that the developers invite you to try “at your own risk,” all you need is SecondBar (free, blog.boastr.net). It does just what you’re looking for--adds a menubar to your secondary display. At press time it was version 0.00965--in other words, it’s very, very early. But it had also just been featured by Lifehacker (hat-tip to them!), prompting a blog post from the developer that promises updates soon.
