Slow Down, So You Can Print!
I work in a busy entertainment office and I often have to print out important emails that I receive in Mail. But sometimes it just prints the header information (From, To, and Subject) while leaving the body of the email completely blank.
Funny, we get this question from fast-paced offices all the time. The solution here is to take a deep breath…and slow down. If you normally press Command-P and then Return to print your documents, you may be doing it too quickly in Mail on Mac OS 10.4 Tiger. Slow down between hitting Command-P and then pressing Return. If you do it too quickly, the body of your email won’t print.
This problem appears to have been fixed in Mac OS 10.5 Leopard ($129, www.apple.com), so you may want to consider upgrading your Mac to Leopard as well.

While Leopard seems to have fixed the Too Fast print hiccup, it interferes with printing over Airport (OS 10.4 works fine). This issue has surfaced on a few forums and involves printers that work fine over USB cable, but not with Airport. There seem to be no fully successful workarounds, except to restart the printer-Airport combination after each printing. Any ideas?
