Since the iControlPad was first announced, a number of other physical controllers to assist iOS gamers achieve the highest score possible have come to market, but none of them offer this many options. Boasting dual analog sticks, a directional pad and multiple buttons, iControlPad's got it all. Aimed primarily at the emulator-loving jailbreaking community, iControlPad connects to iOS devices via Bluetooth, a decision made by the designers after watching Apple level their legal guns at a number of companies for the unsanctioned use of their dock connector technology.
While utilizing Bluetooth might put a bigger dent in your iOS device's battery life, there is an upside as well: the iControlPad is said to work with a number of Android smartphones as well, meaning that you can get your frag on with multiple devices. If you're interested, you'd do well to order one as soon as possible, as they're currently limited to a 3000 unit run.
