Gizmodo has video of iPhoneSIMFree unlocking an iPhone. Lower price and unlocked, everything's coming up iPhone.

 

Jealous? Don't be. iPhoneSIMFree will be sending their unlocking software to resellers and third-party unlockers today. Expect shady dealings in back alleyways to commence sometime next week.
