If you're an Apple purist, you might want to consider skipping this post for fear of suffering permanent emotional scarring, as it seems that an intrepid member of the iOS Jailbreaking community has figured out a way to shoehorn Windows Phone 7's interface onto an iPod touch. The Horror. The Horror.
As seen in the horrific video found on YouTube by the folks over at 9 to 5 Mac, even though it is an abomination, the faux Windows Phone 7 theme would seem to be a well crafted piece of programming, mimicking much of the operating system's functionality, while still allowing full access to all of the applications from both the Cydia and iTunes App Stores, installed on the device. For those interested in giving the theme a spin, it can be downloaded from the developer's Deviant Art account here. Just remember: Jailbreaking, while legal, can in some cases turn your iOS device into a very expensive paperweight, so proceed with caution.
