Most old Macintosh computers become book ends or aquariums. An unlucky few are forced into a life of abject horror.

 

They could have at least mounted it on the wall.

Guys, I think the negative comments are actually jokes. I seriously doubt that any human being would say those things in seriousness. I mean, they're just too outlandish because this article is without question written as a joke. In addition, there are a multitude of How-To articles, real news stories, product reviews, etc. all over this site. You have to look at MacWorld-like articles to find this one. So, yeah, I wouldn't take any of them too seriously; they're probably just trying to troll!

That is the funniest thing I have ever seen. I wish I had one in my bathroom. For all those people who need to develop a sense of humor MacLife is not for you... in fact switch back to a PC... seems more your style, personality, whatever.

I think referring to this Mac's new life as an "abject horror" pretty much sums up how I feel about it. If I could russle up a posse and rent a van to free this poor Mac from its life of bathroom humiliation, I would. And seriously, the toilet paper is touching the ground, that's just gross.

I've been trying to figure out whicvh magazine to buy meaning MacWorld or you guys but this article put me over into the MacWorld group. Funny can be funny but this isn't, and we new Mac people need some decent stuff that will help us. This is just stupid. Do you think we new mac users are all stupid? I think you do.

Come on! That is a truly funny photo. That's what MacLife (MacAddict) is all about: an informative (Mac/Apple) magazine with humour. Go ahead with MacWorld if you want--only, sometimes after a long work day, you might-as I do-want to lounge and read something both interesting and 'cheerful' about a product you love. MacWorld just gives me a headache. Those colorless articles going on and on...
But seriously (people) how often would you have fantasized to do a similar photo using a Compaq Pressario or any of those lame 90ish Packard Bell's.
Bathroom worthy!!!
