BONUS TIP #2: On the Flip Side
Instead of splitting one music collection into multiple ones, several users might want to share a common iTunes library on one Mac. It's a simple latter of keeping the iTunes folder in the /Users/Shared directory. If you have iTunes open, quit. Then, to move an existing library, drag the iTunes folder (/Users/username/Music/iTunes) into /Users/Shared. Launch iTunes while holding down the Option key. Click Choose Library in the dialog and navigate to the iTunes folder in /Users/Shared. Whenever anyone else who uses the same Mac logs on, they should launch iTunes in the same way.

Just remember: One at a time, and no shoving.
