With the Christmas holiday now less than a week away, Apple has pushed out the latest in their iPhone 4S television ads -- and it features an iconic character getting through a busy night with the help of the iconic handset’s latest “wow” feature.
“How do I get to Charlie Grant’s house?” Santa Claus asks Siri. The personal assistant then dutifully responds. “Is it cold in Santa Fe?” Santa then asks. “Raleigh? Cleveland tonight?” to which Siri responds, “Really cold… down to about 14 degrees.”
After pulling up an email with a “naughty or nice” list, Santa then receives a stern text message from Mrs. Claus, which Siri transcribes for him: “Go easy on the cookies.” Santa chuckles.
Finally, perched in his sleigh, Santa inquires, “How does the rest of my day look?” Siri ponders for a moment and then breaks the bad news: “You have 3.7 billion appointments.”
