4th and Battery's New Game Coming This Week, Designed by "an Extraordinary Person"

You might remember 4th and Battery from their exploits earlier this year when they were spawned as an off-shoot brand of Bejeweled/Plants vs. Zombies developer PopCap Games. Their first game was mired in controversy, the second was hardly ever seen, and now they're back with a third. Though they're being a bit coy with the announcement, we think we know what game it is.
That first game was Unpleasant Horse which Apple refused to allow on the App Store for quite a long time (an odd event for such a well known developer) but gained some notoriety along the way. The second game, Candy Train (picture above), was virtually unnoticed when it released. Even we almost missed it!
Now the third game is here, and we're not at all sure what to expect. 4th and Battery hasn't even announced a name yet, but they're saying it will arrive in the App Store this week (maybe some left over trepidation from the Unpleasant Horse fiasco spurred this very late announcement) and that it was designed by "an extraordinary person."
Thankfully, that one quote may just be enough to go on. Our prediction is that this game is the result of the amazing story of PopCap's involvement in the Make-a-Wish program. You can read that story here (but grab a box of tissues before you watch the video), but a quick summary: a young, terminally ill boy in the Make-a-Wish program asked to be able to design his own game and PopCap helped him out, letting him take a leading role in a new game project.
When the story broke earlier this year, local news channels covered the "launch party" for the game and even showed some footage of the game, then in-progress. It was called Allied Star Police and it was a real-time-strategy game for the iPad. That's just a prediction though. This may not end up being the case.
