Apple Changes Developer Agreements to Relfect AT&T VoIP Promise

With AT&T's promise of allowing VoIP traffic on their 3G networks,
Apple has begun the process of amending the developer agreements to
reflect the changes.
Natalie Kerris, an Apple representative told The Loop, "We will be amending our developer agreements to get VoIP apps on the App Store and in customers’ hands as soon as possible.”
This is great news to services like Skype or Vonage, but what we all want to know is how/if this will affect the great Google Voice debacle of 2009? Will this cause Apple to approve Google's app? Probably not, but we can dream, can't we?
