New iPhone 3GS' are shipping with updated bootroms that fix a vulnerability used to jailbreak the devices.
According to iClarified, "iBoot-359.3.2" started shipping last week, disabling the 24kpwn exploit that the iPhone dev team has used to jailbreak the iPhone.
What does this mean for new iPhone 3GS owners? Well, you won't be able to jailbreak your iPhone for the time being. iClarified recommends that if jailbreaking is your thing, to locate older units that don't have this new bootrom.
As far as we know, this inability to jailbreak your device only applies to new iPhones 3GS' shipping within the past week.
