Make your life a whole lot prettier with a LED Cinema Display, now available at Apple Store Online and select Apple Retail locations.
Apple announced in September that they were going to release a new LED Cinema Display measuring out to a lovely even 24" that would take the place of the old 23" Cinema Display. If you have been paying attention to the daily workings of the Apple Store Online, as we have, you would have noticed Apple pulling the older Displays from the store.
Super-sexy Apple design, and affordable for trust fund crowd, the Cinema retails for $899. You do get free shipping if you purchase it from the Apple Store Online.
This Cinema is the perfect companion to your MacBook and MacBook Pro, acting as a docking station of brilliant color. The Cinema display lets you extend your desktop, charge your MacBook, and "access a world of USB peripherals."
Apple has pushed hard to develop a self sustaining USB world. A world where the inhabitants will look upon us as gods and construct statues and temples in our image.
The new Cinemas will connect to the new MacBook, MacBook Pro, and MacBook Air using the Mini DisplayPort connectors, which means older MacBook users need to get themselves a shiny new unibody MacBook, or suffer with the old Cinema displays with their inferior cabling options.
Another fun feature to the display is the Built-in iSight camera. You can continue to partake in extremely important video conference calls... or you can just take wacky Photo Booth pics for your Facebook accounts.
