What do you do when the FCC starts asking questions about your business practices? Well if you're Apple, you post the answers online.
People have asked for transparency from Apple, guess you can't get more transparent than this on this topic.
Before answering the questions, Apple gives the FCC a little background on the App Store and the approval process. The last thing they state before they answer the questions:
We’re covering new ground and doing things that had never been done before. Many of the issues we face are difficult and new, and while we may make occasional mistakes, we try to learn from them and continually improve.
