Apple Releases iTunes 8.2.1, Fixes Bugs [Update] - Breaks Pre Syncing
Apple has released iTunes 8.2.1, squashing a few bugs from the initial 8.2 release. On the Support Downloads page they mention, "iTunes 8.2.1 provides a number of important bug fixes and addresses an issue with verification of Apple devices."
In normal Apple fashion the update notes are a bit short on details, but we'll definitely take any bug fixes we can get. You can download this update by opening Software Update (Apple menu > Software Update), or by downloading the installer package from the Apple Support Downloads page.
Update: PreCentral.net is reporting that the iTunes 8.2.1 update breaks the syncing between iTunes and the Palm Pre. If you have a Palm Pre, you may want to wait before updating to the new version of iTunes.

What did everyone think it meant by 'addresses an issue with verification of Apple devices'? As soon as I saw that, I knew it meant the Pre.
