Apple Releases Safari 6 for OS X Lion with Offline Reading List, Smart Search

Consider yourself lucky. Safari 6 comes with a bunch of difficult "improvements" which are not acceptable.

For instance, on opening a website, the text is microscopic so you have to press control-+ to increase the size of the fonts, unless you use CSS to do it automatically which in itself makes more problems.

Then you have the big address bar, which also serves as the search bar.

Then the wide-screen tabs, annoying.

Then the delete key to return to the previous page doesn't work properly.

Be very careful and if you would like just look at the Safari Support Community:

You might be surprised.




Meanwhile, for those of us who are still using the WAY more stable Snow Leopard are left out in the cold, apparently...
