As we all wait to see what kind of Black Friday deals Apple.com will post in the morning, resellers of the company’s products are already doing some deep discounting of their own in advance of Cupertino.
AppleInsider has posted an extensive chart outlining early Black Friday deals from Apple resellers, including sales at both MacConnection and MacMall who were the first to make their sales public. MacMall is offering instant rebates on Mac products, while many of the MacConnection savings are in the form of mail-in rebates.
MacConnection’s best MacBook line deals include a white MacBook for $849.99 (save $149), the 2.66GHz 13-inch MacBook Pro for $1,299 (save $200), the 2.4GHz 15-inch MacBook Pro for $1,599 (save $200), the 2.53GHz 15-inch MacBook Pro for $1,579 (save $240) and the 2.53GHz 17-inch MacBook Pro for $2,029 (save $270).
MacMall has teamed up with AppleInsider with an additional two percent discount on the new MacBook Air, resulting in the lowest prices thus far. The deals include the 1.40GHz 11-inch MacBook Air 64GB for $941.60 (save $57) and the 1.40GHz 11-inch MacBook Air 128GB for $1,126.01 (save $73) -- with no rebates required.
Amazon and J&R Computer World are also selling the new 1.86GHz 13-inch MacBook Air 256GB for $1,499 (save $100).
MacConnection also has Mac desktops on sale which include the 3.06GHz 21.5-inch iMac for $1,049 (save $150), the 3.20GHZ 21.5-inch iMac for $1,349 (save $150), the 3.20GHz 27-inch iMac for $1,529 (save $170) and the 2.80GHz 27-inch iMac quad-core for $1,819 (save $180).
Mac Pros, Mac minis
MacConnection is also offering the 2.40GHz Mac mini for $599 (save $100), while MacMall features the 2.66GHz 12-core Mac Pro for $4,599 (save $400).
AppleInsider also notes that both MacMall and MacConnection are offering free shipping and free printers with every Mac purchase; MacMall is also offering a free copy of Parallels Desktop 6 with each Mac purchase, but these offers require rebates.
AppleInsider will be updating their price chart (which we’ve screen captured above) throughout Black Friday and Cyber Monday, so be sure to hit their website for updates; all prices in bold are the current lowest prices.
