Apple Responds to Microsoft Laptop Hunters Ads

For the Mac user, the Laptop Hunter ads have been both frustrating to watch and hilariously fun to tear apart. Sure you can get a plastic Windows laptop for under $1000. But, you get what you pay for. Even Frank the Homeless Guy knows that.

Business Week decided to call the Apple Pr folks for their take on the ads. This is what Bill Evans said:

"A PC is no bargain when it doesn't do what you want .... The one thing that both Apple and Microsoft can agree on is that everyone thinks the Mac is cool. With its great designs and advanced software, nothing matches it at any price."

Oh Burn!!!

lauren the girl in the Microsoft commercial sued Microsoft and best buy.

thanks for sharing the link to that story. that's so f'ing hysterical that Microsoft gave the actor in their commercial ( tantamount to SPOKESPERSON ) a pc that already had a virus on it. can MS and their vendors get any dumber? i'm betting Best Buy will take the brunt of this since they provided the pc. which goes to show you .... don't buy anything but dvd's and cd's in Best Buy ... cause their reps are morons (by and large).

dude ... i think everyone in my building heard me laugh at this one

and Lauren ... don't take that smack girl
