Frustrated by the lack of iPhone 4s on Apple's floors? We're boggled by the fact that you still can't walk in an Apple store and buy an iPhone 4 on the spot. Well, according to Rodman & Renshaw analyst Ashok Kumar, this should change by the end of September.
Kumar says Apple needs to supply more iPhones to surpass their current earnings and sell 14 million new handsets in the next few months, and 15 million by the end of the year. He says that once they catch up on current orders, more iPhones will show up in stores.
It's not just an iPhone 4 shortage we're facing, but an iPad one, too. LG is expected to produce more 9.7-inch display panels however, so we should hopefully see an influx of iPads in retail stores as well.
