On Tuesday, Apple posted an update to Final Cut Server, its media asset management, review and approval, and job traffic and workflow automation companion to Final Cut Studio.
Apple recommends the new version 1.5.2 for all users of Final Cut Server 1.5 and 1.5.1. The download is 41.90 MB.
Apple said it addressed the following bugs with the update:
Final Cut Server sells for $999 and allows unlimited client connections. It requires a Mac with an Intel processor, 2 GB of RAM, an ATI or NVIDIA graphics processor, Mac OS X 10.5.6 or later, QuickTime 7.6 or later, a DVD drive, and 1.5 GB of disk space for installing all applications.
