Apple knows that your favorite check out line at the grocery store is the Express Lane, which is why they've added their own. While it's not the same as making sure you've got 15 items of less in your basket, it does up the ante in customer service, making sure that faithful buyers are tended to very carefully.
The Express Lane is three different sections of customer support. Basically, you can sift through by each product that Apple offers, search through your own products that you've registered, or look up any cases that you may have submitted to Apple previously, like a broken iPod or a MacBook with a finished motherboard.
This Express Lane essentially simplifies what you would normally have to do to find some answers for your devices. We did try looking for some answers as to why they changed the iTunes logo, but to no avail. However, there are some really helpful sub-categories, like iWork for iPad and Apple's photo services. You can even enter in your hardware's serial number and the system can identify which product you have, and any other information you've registered with Apple.
Try it out for yourself, and let us know what you think in the comments below.
