AT&T has begun offering a $20 discount on black 8GB iPhone 3Gs, bringing down the price significantly. You will still need to sign a 2-year contract to get this pricing.

AT&T does not report on the available inventory of iPhones, but we assume that pricing is only good while supplies last. Insanely Great Mac reports that refurbished iPhones carry a 90-day warranty from Apple, and are phones that were returned within the first 30-days, then refreshed by AT&T.
