AT&T's attitude, like this one, is one reason why I was reluctant to sign up with them back in Nov. '10. But I haven't had any problems with dropped calls and the customer service I've had the chance to interact with exceeded my expectations. Justified the jump from T-Mo and getting rid of my piece of crap Android.
