The folks at Apple Core, LLC. have released version 3.4 of their aTV Flash for Apple TV. aTV Flash hacks your Apple TV and adds a number of amazing new features to Apple's already enjoyable device. Enhancements to Apple TV include: access to other video formats like DivX, direct play of DVD files, additional audio and video codecs, web surfing, play lists, USB hard drive storage, etc. Version 3.4 takes some of these enhancements and improves them as follows:
- Support for the latest version of Apple TV firmware 2.3
- Updated versions of nitoTV (0.6.2), Couch Surfer (0.5.23), ATVFiles (1.1.1b2) and XBMC Launcher (0.8)
- Plus minor bug fixes and performance improvements
